ROASTING & FRESHNESS

Why freshly roasted coffee matters

Freshness is essential to flavour. Roasting releases the aromatic compounds that make coffee expressive — from chocolate and spice-like notes to the deeper character developed through roast levels.

Careful handling and protective packaging help preserve these qualities between roastery and cup.

ORIGIN

From Mt. Elgon to the roastery

Our coffee begins with farmers on the slopes of Mt. Elgon in Uganda. Building direct relationships allows Titan Roasters to follow quality early and support the communities behind the beans.

THE ROAST RANGE

Which roast profile is right for you?

Our medium roast is balanced, with gentle acidity and chocolate notes. Medium dark brings a heavier body and bittersweet finish, while dark roast offers a bold, deep roasted character.
